Bellwood Inn is steeped in a one-of-a-kind history, being the original site of the town’s general store, grainery, blacksmith shop, ice house, stables and one-room schoolhouse. At one time or another, it’s also been home to a tea room, gift shop, pizza parlor and much more!
With close to a 100 year old history, since it first opened in 1929, the Bellwood Inn has welcomed guests from all over the world, including the Netherlands (our first guests), Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Ireland and many other locations inbetween.
