Motel Rooms & Cabins
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Initial Deposit: A 35% non-refundable deposit of your total reservation is required upon booking.
Cancellation Notice: For cancellations made more than 3 days before 4:00pm on your check-in date, a motel credit equal to your deposit will be provided.
Short Notice Cancellation & No-Shows: Reservations cancelled within 3 days of check-in or in the event of a no-show, the entire reservation amount will be charged to your card.
No Adjustments: Regrettably, we can’t offer refunds, credits, or changes due to unexpected events, be it inclement weather, early departures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Algonquin Park Pass: A complimentary park pass is included with your stay. Due to the park’s popularity, especially in fall, we recommend registering your vehicle at least 5 days in advance. We can’t guarantee permits if the park is full.
Camping
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 100% of your total reservation is required upon booking a campsite.
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made over 120 days before your check-in date qualify for a full credit, valid for up to 2 years.
Short Notice Cancellation: Full rate applies for campsite cancellations made within 120 days of your check-in.
Transfering A Campsite: Campsites are transferable, and a $5 charge applies to all transfers; reselling campsites for profit is prohibited.
No-Shows: If you miss your first night without prior notice and don’t inform us of a next-day arrival, your booking will be canceled, making the campsite available to others. No refunds will be provided.
No Adjustments: We don’t provide refunds, credits, or changes due to unforeseen events, such as bad weather or early departures.
Algonquin Park Pass: Your stay includes a free park pass. Given the park’s peak demand, especially in the fall, it’s advisable to register your vehicle at least 5 days before your visit. Park permit availability isn’t guaranteed if the park reaches capacity.

We are pleased to offer free parking to our guests.

Cooking
An outdoor cooking area is provided at our outdoor picnic area. It includes a BBQ and picnic tables. Most rooms are equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker for light cooking. Check our online reservation system for exact details.
Cleaning Rooms
Housekeeping during your stay is not included. If you require amenities or anything else, please contact our office.
Pets
We are pleased to announce that the Dream Catcher Motel, Rolling Rapids Motel, The Algonquin East Gate Motel and the Inside out cabin are now pet friendly. There is an extra fee cleaning fee once per stay. Bellwood Inn is NOT pet friendly.
WiFi
WiFi is included at all our accommodation locations. WiFi is not yet available at the campground.

We are now open year around.
May 1 through Oct 30 – 9am to 9pm
Oct 31 through April 30th – Our hours fluctuate, please email or leave a voicemail if you miss us and we will call you back as soon as possible.
